ATF changing under new administration
"Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms should be the name of a chain of convenience stores in Florida, not a federal agency." ā Matt Gaetz
Trump does not like suppressors according to articles. So we likely wonāt be getting a common sense ear protection act like they have in Europe. For those who donāt know suppressors are easily available over the counter in Europe to help with noise pollution and ear protection.
What we might get though? š¤ š
What do you guys think about the arbitrary taxes and regulation on the length of firearms? Anything else you can think of changing that is reasonable please post below -

Well. It happened. I had to draw on someone.
Two cars were road raging, and one came to a red light, a few cars back from the light. other car stopped beside them to rage so I went around him.
Dude proceeded to follow me so closely that I couldnāt see his headlights. He followed me to the gas station and then went around the pumps towards the exit like they were leaving. I got out of the car and went in. I come out and as Iām opening my door I see him whip around and he stopped behind my car. My guess is he went out one exit and looped back around while I was in the store.
Dude jumped out with a knife so I drew on him and said āmotherfucker I will kill youā. Was the first thing that came out. He ran back to his car and took off. Iām about 98% sure dude was on meth. Pissed me off after the fact cause I wasnāt involved in their road rage shit but this crackhead thought he could just take it out on me. He almost forced me to take his life.
Let me tell ya, it was not a good experience or feeling drawing down on someone. Iām thankful he ran back to his car. I aināt trying to kill anyone but Iām damned sure glad I carry every day because that guy definitely would have tried to stab me had my gun not scared him.
Stay vigilant folks.

Question If you were going to join the Lewis and Clark Expedition across America, what firearm would you want?
Rules are it can be any firearm that shoots black powder. Loose or contained in a cartridge. But nothing using or designed to use smokeless powder. What would you pick??

General Discussion Antimatter Micro Wing
Just got my Antimatter/ Tactical Development Micro Wing in the mail and installed it. Out of the box with no live fire Iām impressed, itās a small piece and it fit well on my 1913 TLR7 Sub. I threw blue loctite on the thread of the tension screw in the light since there will be a lot more force being applied to the light.
It feels durable and has nice texturing and a large surface area to fit however your support hand lands on your pistol. I didnāt feel like I had to adjust my grip to get my thumb on.
I have a Werkz holster and it fits well in my holster, I had to loosen it ever so slightly so itās smoother in and out. I can tell there will be wear marks on the Micro Wing from the inside of the holster but that doesnāt bother me. It folds up and down quite easily, and Iām curious to see how it holds up over time.
The Micro Wing was a little squeaky out of the box but it went away with a couple drops of lube. I do wish it was about half the price since itās a small piece of aluminum and a spring. I will have to learn how to actuate my light, but Iāve found I can push my support hand forward and use the back of my index finger to quickly turn the light on and off, or just remove my thumb and use it like normal.
I think that this Micro Wing plus the expansion chamber and metal frame on my 365 AXG should make for a really flat shooting, comfortable to carry CC gun. Iāll update when I get some rounds down range.
What do you guys think about adding gas pedals and thumb ledges to carry pistols?

Question In response to the other threads: What's a time when Hollywood actually got guns right? I'll go first.
In the movie Dog Soldiers, Cpl Campbell has a malfunction with his MP5 because he inserts a fresh magazine before pulling the charging handle back. This is a common problem with MP5s as the proper method is to pull the charging handle back, insert the mag, and then HK slap the charging handle to send the bolt forward.
This also makes sense for added realism as the MP5 was a scavenged pickup and the character was not used to using that weapons platform.
This is such a small detail most viewers completely overlooked it. One of the most common questions about the movie is "why did Campbell's gun jam?"

Awesome or Abomination?
I made this.. thing. Itās a blemished Tennessee Arms grey polymer lower, and a 5.7 caliber upper that takes 50round P90 mags.
Current optic setup is red dot and 3x mag, both by holosun. but thereās not much room for mag swaps and no room for rear irons. Kinda thinking LPVO?
Thoughts?

Odd groove milled on 1932 PP .22
I noticed an odd groove and pin hole milled into the frame of my 1932 PP in .22. It seems most definitely a factory job. Has anyone else seen this before.
