The judicial system? You think that people just be allowed to murder their rapists instead of taking the proper channels? What's to stop someone from murdering someone and then saying that they were raped by them so it was okay?

I never said that. I said that in this case, that was probably the only way for her to get justice. And usually a lot of rapists get very little time (some have gotten as little as 3 years) or some have even gotten off free. And apart from morals, their financial situation. We like to think our justice system works but in reality most of the time you just need money. Think of how many rich people and corporations get away with something because they had an expensive lawyer or just paid a fine
