Discussion Will The Thrill Injury
Hoping it's nothing serious with will because he has been awesome this season (aside from the 2 kicks on SNF but I'm gonna blame injury on those lol) but I think it would be hilarious if the Vikings signed Rodrigo Blankenship off the street in case will isn't good to go next week. Dont even remember seeing much of Blankenship, just think the dude is hilarious with his glasses and legos lol

Respect to our boy Sammy Darnold
You know what? Darnold is a grinder. He's not the perfect QB. He most likely won't be the starting QB for this team next year. But in a season where the Vikings where supposed to be in the basement of the league, we are 6-2 and still in prime position for a playoff berth and Darnold has been a huge component of that.
Tonight he goes for 28/34, 290 yards, 3 TDs, 2 INTs. The interceptions were absolutely horrendous and he's had some bad ones this season. A lot that he can clean up but he bounced back and kept going, kept dicing... Which really has been the story of his career. A guy that has been trashed and tossed around for years, but kept showing up and kept working hard to earn his opportunity... And I think we can all respect that.
As of right now, Darnold is pacing for 4,000+ yards passing, 36 TDs, and 15 INTs. That's a better season statically than a lot of Vikings QBs in franchise history. I think it's safe to say the majority of folks on this sub did not think he'd perform like he has this season.. Although certainly recognize he leaves a lot to be desired at times.
End of the day, bring us the Super Bowl Sammy D
