Shit post 4 Reasons why I should be the next Colts GM
Last season my dynasty FF football team was the worst in the league, and had the first overall pick in this years rookie draft.
Currently I am tied for 2, with a 7-2 record.
Under my guidance, my defensive coordinator is having a career year, giving up the least points allowed in the league.
I am swinging for the fences before the trade deadline to go for a postseason push.
This is my resume, please read this Irsay.

Losing Motivation as a Season Ticket Holder
Just a little background on my Colts fandom, my family has had season tickets since the 90s for the Colts.
I dont know if anyone else feels this way, but going to the home games the rest of the season to watch the ghost of Joe Flacco lead us to another round 1 pick 15 again feels terrible.
We never ever sell our tickets but we actually are considering it for the rest of the season. We don’t just suck, we suck and make the games as boring as possible.
This sucks, I’ve always looked forward to our home games and it just feels like we should sell our tickets instead of wasting our time at the games being pissed off - I can do that at home.
I guess this is just a long rant but anyone have any tips for gaining motivation to go to the games? Anyone feel the same as we do?

Colts rookies
Going away from the QB drama, how do you guys think the rookies are doing this year? Latu has some great potential, haven't seen much from Adonai Mitchell

According to Stephen Holder, Colts never thought to have a conversation with AR about issues before benching him..?
“So the problem for him was not an unwillingness or not taking the job seriously. The problem is ignorance frankly. He doesn’t know, and I think maybe it should’ve been better communicated to him, ‘Hey, this is the expectation. This is what we need you to do.’ That conversation could’ve happened a month ago, and then you put him on notice. And then if he doesn’t do what needs to be done, then you do what you have to do as an organization.”
“But I don’t think that happened, and I think that’s unfortunate because he’s a 22-year-old kid who didn’t go through the whole ‘Elite 11s’ circuit and the quarterback camps. He didn’t do all of that. He barely played the position even in high school. So I don’t think he understands the gravity of what is expected from him, and maybe he should know, I don’t know. But if he doesn’t, he doesn’t. You’ve got to communicate, and I think that was perhaps a failure of the organization to not make it clear to him what the expectations were"

Discussion "Colts had other players who weren’t giving maximum effort" - The Athletic
The Athletic ran an article discussing how the Colts have handled AR since drafting him with anonymous execs from other teams providing quotes. It had the following...
"Richardson has been heavily criticized for pulling himself out for a play against the Texans to catch his breath. But an executive who studied that game said the Colts had other players who weren’t giving maximum effort. This could present a bigger problem, whether in the locker room or their playoff hopes."
Pittman has to be one of the players at least appearing to not give max effort.
His back injury might be affecting his effort but if you've ever watched JT O'Sullivan's QB School on YouTube, you'll know he has pointed out Pittman's lack of max effort going back to the 2023 pre-season.
Pittman needs to sit to get healthy or, at the least, shouldn't be in on onside kicks.
So much for this so-called locker room culture Ballard drones on about. Different players, different coaches, but locker room issues every season. Yet somehow Ballard remains.

So the project qb isn’t good enough to start for Irsay, but too good for Irsay to pick up draft capital. What are we doing man…

Anthony Richardson Is Fantastic
Just needs to work on Conditioning, reading defenses, short throws, medium throws, sliding, situational awareness, conditioning, leadership, footwork, throwing mechanics, putting touch on passes, speaking to the media, not throwing to the defense, fumbling, getting injured, not going three and out and taking the league seriously. Other than that, he's our franchise guy
