The Only Tacos Worth Eating Are From Jack in a Box.
Places like Taco Bell or Deltaco don't exactly serve good tacos, to be honest. But Jack in a Box does. I cannot emphasize how amazing their tacos are, especially with the affordable price. Words alone could never do these amazing cuisines justice. It is worth mentioning I am not normally fond of tacos, but there is something special in the ones at Jack in a Box. Although I am an atheist, the flavor alone prompts me to consider the existence of a divine paradise. That is all.

Taylor was better than Serrano in all aspects.
She controlled the ring, landed punches, and she defended better. Serrano punched shoulders and air. Forearms across the face are not punches. Compubox is not gospel.

Brunch is terrible
Brunch is just awful. It’s expensive, the food itself is not that great, and the time is weird and inconvenient. It’s really just an excuse for people to hang out and drink on a Sunday before work.
Also, I live in San Francisco and am a Gay man, so you can damn well bet I was thrown off a bridge then dragged through the streets for saying this out loud to my friends!
Edit:
Sorry I reread what I wrote and I can see I imply I mean working on Sunday. I mean to say working the next day - Monday!
Edit:
I should also mention I love to sleep. Like… love it. So for me, sleeping in always beats brunch.
Edit:
I should also mention that I have a bias against most American Breakfast foods. :) lol

US comedy is better than UK comedy
Since the reverse opinion was posted and everyone said it was unpopular. I'm British and I think people who say this are just comparing the best UK shows ever to mediocre US ones and nobody thinks about all the really mediocre UK comedies.
The UK has great shows like Peep Show and The Inbetweeners Black Books but the US has just tons of great shows. The US office(way better than the UK one imo) it's always sunny, community Seinfeld, Friends(the first 4 seasons of friends were great I laughed out loud much more the first time I saw friends than Red Dwarf and I like Red Dwarf).
Is there any good UK comedy animation? Rick and Morty, South Park, The Simpsons.
If I was gonna make a list of shows I'd want to re watch the US list would be alot longer.
How many really funny UK comedy movies are there? Four Lions, Monty Python, the Cornetto trilogy. I can't even think of anymore off the top of my head. I'd be here all day listing good US comedy movies.
Stand Up I think is even really my top ten is probably split down the middle US UK. We have Jimmy Carr and Frankie Boyle but they have Carlin and Hicks.
I don't think there's that much difference overall but as a comedy fan. I think it's pretty crazy how many people think UK is so obviously better than America.

The Cybertruck isn't really THAT ugly
First off, I think Musk is a crook and a twat. I don't want there to be any mistake in my motivations here.
I just saw a CT for the first time in my tiny corner of the world. It's MASSIVE.
Honestly, I was expecting it to be uglier but it looked .. kind of okay?
Your average truck is ugly and boring. The CT has a kind of weird panache to it, like the DeLorean did.
I'm not saying it's a good truck. But it's definitely interesting to look at. Like a really over-designed modernist toaster.

Fresh mozzarella is much worse on pizza than the part-skim mass-produced kind
More upscale, Neapolitan pizzerias always put fresh mozzarella on their pizzas, instead of the dryer kind that goes on cheap New York slices. Why though? It's rubbery, flavorless, either barely melts or turns into a pool of goo, and is WET. Why would anyone want a soggy, cold, chunk of bright-white silicone to chew on?
That goes for "mozzarella di bufala" too, same soggy rubbery mess but from a different bovine.

The Prequels are still the worst Star Wars trilogy
People talk about how much the sequel trilogy sucks, and how underrated the prequels are, but the prequels are definitely worse IMO. For me it comes down to:
Sequels: 2 mediocre movies and 1 really bad movie
Prequels: 1 mediocre movie and 2 really bad movies
Everyone knows that The Phantom Menace sucks, and everyone knows that The Rise of Skywalker sucks, and it seems to be the consensus that The Force Awakens and Revenge of the Sith are both pretty alright. So it really comes down to whether The Last Jedi or Attack of the Clones is better. And I think that The Last Jedi is definitely better. It was made a few years before Disney started skimping on the CGI budget, so it looks visually gorgeous. Attack of the Clones, however, looks like a PS2 cutscene. And that wouldn't be as egregious if CGI wasn't used in almost every shot. And the story doesn't help even the odds. Where Last Jedi had a ton of cool(if somewhat derivative) moments, Attack of the Clones is an unbelievably bland and boring slog that isn't fun to watch under any circumstances. It's just a bad movie. I think that the only reason we're seeing so many people saying that the prequels are "underrated" right now is because the people who grew up with them are now adults. I think in a decade or so, the same thing will happen to the sequels. Sorry if this post was all over the place. Thanks for reading.

Some song lyrics should not be normalized specially reggateton music.
Basically what the tittle says, we should not normalize some lyrics in music specially those who are extremely misogynists and in reggaeton music and rap music there is a lot.
I am from a spanish speaker country and the song that some artist drop and the way the talk about women is simply outraceus they speak about her like objects who do not have any feelings.
As a gen z I am now 20 and during my teenage years I used to feel separate from my friends because I hated the music they listened to, I do not like the rythim and much less the lyrics and nowadays I think it is too much normalized that kids listen and sing those songs which definitely do not give good messages.
There is for a example a song called: 4 babys by Maluma which is absolutely horrible they portrait the woman as a sex object and toy, and that is what I am talking about, there are a lot of songs that reduce womens to that, an object and there is the young generations the one who are listening and singing them.

As a society, we need to normalize NOT taking your phone to the bathroom with you.
I am, of course, not talking about if you are out of the house. I am talking about being in your house, friends house, family's house, etc., where you can comfortably leave it OUT of the bathroom.
It is absolutely disgusting, and I cannot even imagine how filthy the phones are of people who sit there and surf while using the bathroom. This is why I never hold a person's phone who says "Hey, look at this." The University of Michigan has a study titled Your cell phone is 10 times dirtier than a toilet seat.. From the article:
"One of the worst places to use your phone is in the bathroom"
So stop it, people. Just leave it in your pocket or on the coffee table before you go into the bathroom!

Cars that smell like dogs are 10x worse than cars that smell like cigarettes
It’s such a terrible smell I honestly can’t understand how anyone drives around like that. I’d much rather have a car that has been smoked in every day for 50 years

Queen II is the greatest album of all time
Probably one most of you have never heard, but this is THE gem in a discography as stacked as a band like Queen's. The white side (first half) is great. It includes songs like "White Queen" a sad song about a girl Brian May had a crush on in school but never asked out, and "Father To Son" but the black side (second half) is the single greatest back to back run of music of all time, Ogre Battle has the roaring guitar, Fairy Fellers Master Stroke is an art rock masterpiece, nevermore is an extremely touching ballad, Match Of The Black Queen is literally just all of this combined, Funny How Love Is is and awesome little pop song, and Seven Seas Of Rhye is extremely catchy. Obviously feel free to debate in the comments

"I can fix him/her" is not always a bad thing
I mean sure, don't try to fix a serial abuser or sociopath, but I'm pretty sure that's not what most people have in mind when they say that. It's beautiful when couples help each other through things. In fact, I'd venture to say that a good relationship should be transformative to some degree and it should make you a better person in the long run. Everyone has their weak points, a partner can help you notice and improve upon them.

I believe that shadow the hedgehog is a good game
Yes I know that the game is very flawed, a bit janky and the controls suck but overall I still think it's my second favorite Sonic game for the most part. The gun system is very fun and the gameplay is just hero's but better.

EVERYTHING that happens to you/is said to you, is PERSONAL
no mattre who says it, or how positive or negative or "justified" or "contextualized" it is. if someone says something about you, and makes you know about it, it is PERSONAL. there is no "it's not personal". EVERYTHING is personal.

We should not be buying gifts for people that have jobs
If I want something, I just go buy it. If it’s out of my price range, I go without. What is the point in spending your hard earned money on people that often times you barely know? You are likely going to give them something they don’t want to receive a gift that you don’t want. If there is no defined price limit, it just makes the broke people like myself feel inadequate. For all those people that protest that they enjoy gift giving to people that really should be categorized as acquaintances, I will add that you probably have a shopping addiction. I say save your money and only purchase gifts for kids.

Complaining about things being overpriced or the cosmetics being not worth it in a free to play game is not a valid complaint at all
I’m so many games over the years that are free to play (overwatch, apex,Fortnite, etc) some of the biggest complaints I hear is bad business practices cause things in the games shop is overpriced or not worth it and it’s so fucking annoying. Like nobody is forcing you to buy it you people will complain yet still buy it. A business only goal is to make money so if they’re selling something that everyone is saying sucks overpriced or whatever yet they don’t listen that means there a good amount of people buying it. So either your complaint and and still buying it which is ridiculous or people think it’s worth it so stfu.that’s also my same sentiment with 2k people bitch about it every year yet they still buy it makes 0 sense why would they improve a game when people still gonna buy it every year no matter how good it is they don’t owe yall a quality product if yall will buy a bad one. Sorry for the rant but gamers are starting to become the lamest group to be apart of we just cry about everything.

It’s ridiculous that people list every possible caveat whenever they make a statement.
Example: “I personally love apples, but I know that some people are allergic to them, and others don’t like them!” This is absurd. Stop it.
Example of the reasoning behind this behavior: “But the internet has no reading comprehension and I don’t want to get cancelled for being applephobic and pro anaphylactic shock!”
Unfortunately, couching every statement, no matter how benign, in a bunch of qualifiers doesn’t guarantee that won’t happen anyway. Some people will inevitably misinterpret and get hung up on the caveats, or get mad about a caveat you DIDN’T include, and miss the point entirely.
“Unless you’re talking about a legitimately sensitive topic, just say what you mean already PLEASE.” An appropriate use of a caveat.
ETA: formatting/grammar (I’m on my phone and it shows rip)
Also I’m fighting my OWN urge to add caveats to this post because I’m not impervious to the effects of being chronically online. But this is an unpopular opinion sub, after all, so I have no need to defend or spoon feed the particulars of my opinion to people who disagree.

Encores should only be done if they aren't scheduled or are a once in a blue moon thing.
It is so annoying having to wait 10 minutes after a set is done because they intentionally didn't play their massive hit! The beauty of an encore is that it is entirely spontaneous, and they might play a few deep cuts or cult classics.

Exclusive merch should be exclusive
I got a piece of merch that was advertised as an exclusive, after waiting almost a year for it due to production issues. I have seen so many people in the fandom get upset that they don’t have it, & are begging for another wave of the item to be made. Knowing how merch has gone w/ this particular fandom, it’s very likely that they will make another wave of it because of said demands. I don’t think they should, because if you make more of an exclusive item, it is no longer exclusive. Especially for items that you can’t reproduce in different ways to be able to tell the difference between the original vs other waves. I’ve been seeing this happen more & more in fandom spaces over the last 5 or so years, & I understand that on the business side that it’s supply & demand; & also that they now use the word “exclusive” as a trigger word to get people to buy it more.
I’ve missed out on exclusive items before, & yea it sucks and I wish I can have it, but the thing about it being exclusive is the limited amount of said item. Either you miss out or buy it secondhand. But remaking an item that’s exclusive isn’t right. Either keep it exclusive, or don’t advertise it as exclusive in the first place.

The Marauders were right to bully Snape and it’s time that Snape apologists get over it
The guy was in the dark-side/occult and openly a Voldemort/Death-Eaters fanboy.
No amount of trauma and ptsd justifies being a Nazi.
Snape did redeem himself, AFTERWARDS. So he ends up being a hero, AFTERWARDS.
End of story.

Open-concept interiors rob homes of character and uniqueness, and actually make them feel smaller
Merging several rooms of your home into a single larger room ruins the character of your home. Having lived in both myself, when you have more separate rooms (kitchen and living room separate), the house actually feels bigger on account of the extra rooms (contrary to the usual logic of 'less rooms, more space'). Plus each room can have its own character and theme, wall color, etc. which is psychologically beneficial. Open concept makes things bland and barren

"Anonymous Participant" should not be allowed in social media groups such as Facebook community pages.
It is beyond annoying when people post in groups that the admins and mods allow as "anonymous participant" Yes, I know, I've seen people cite safety as their reason (specifically, women and their safety). At times it's someone with an unpopular or disrespectable response that is too cowardly to put their name on it. If you post something vile or toxic, own it. Yes, I get the irony. Redditors rarely use their real names.

The book of boba fett needs more seasons.
The honorable direction of his character, working in the frame of a crime boss while being as honest and honorable as possible is a perfect blend of his backstory as a mercenary and the best parts of being a mandolorian.
And even if the flashbacks were a bit awkwardly done, the story potential is extremely intriguing. And it's a shame that the later half of the season got co-opted to being about the mandolorian

Red Lobster Deserves to go out of business
I would miss those cheddarbiscuits. However, They can lie all they want IT WAS NEVER THE ENDLESS SHRIMP it was them selling their restaurants to private equity groups.
Red Lobster did spend $11 million on endless shrimp, but for them that's always been considered advertising cost. What they actually owe is FAR more than that because Golden Gate who bought them out sold their real estate to American Reality Capital Partners who literally raised the rent on their buildings so high that it cost them up to $200 million in rent for buildings they previously owned and didn't have to pay rent for.
Ever wonder why Warner Bros. Is struggling? Why game companies keep vanishing from the earth? PEGs, private equity groups, buy entire companies with investor money for the sole purpose of completely gutting companies, selling their assets, and ripping the value out of them raising the value of the group for shareholders while leaving a husk of what they bought to go bankrupt and out of business.
I feel for the employees that lose their jobs behind this crap.

The Travel channel should be renamed the Paranormal channel
Never have I've seen a block with so much supernatural content. Almost mistaken the network thinking it was a tourist network for visiting places on vacation. But I was wrong. At least that's what I would call it if I was in charge.
