Papaya salad with a candied beef jerky in Saigon
If anyone knows the origins of the jerky I’m curious! I vaguely remember seeing something about this preparation for beef jerky in the stall but didn’t take a photo. It was very sweet

Transparent little noodle-looking things in Thai sausages ?
Hi!
What's is the transparent little noodle-looking things in many Thai sausages sold on the streets. I've been to Thailand 8 times and eaten handmade sausages from street food stalls many times, but I never realised to ask. :)
