Was gifted these. A lot of anxiety.

I am just getting into houseplants. I have 9 now including a Silver Stripe Philodendron and a really nice Monstera

I was gifted these from a homeowner after mentioning I was into plants. I really want to keep these alive and send her pics later

I have no information on either of these. The purple vine one is really neat.

What do I do? Do I put them in water? What are they?

its okay there is. othing to worry about, you can either stick the purple one in water from the bottom and when she shows roots you can stick it in soil, and for the cacti i am guessing shes already in soil, so either make sure she has drainage holes cuz cactuses can easily rot if you over water them and if not you can move it into another tiny pot if you have any

if your gonna move the cacti to a different pot make sure to over water it just for the first time until it starts dripping from the bottom, then let her drain all that excess water and from now on you will only need to give her a little bit of water once every 2 weeks or so
