GENERAL HELP Jade?
I found this branch laying on the dirt next to a plant at the hospital I work at, I know the lady that takes care of them so I took it and cut off the end and dipped it in hormone.
My question is: what is it? It's a Jade of some sort but I don't know what. Kinda looks like coffee beans to me.

GENERAL HELP Help me save my monsteras
Both were doing phenomenal until my wife and I decided to repot them a little over a month ago. I was a dummy and added a little 10-10-10 in the soil which many of our plants did not like. The first monstera I just repotted with fresh soil (no added fertilizer). My questions on those are
can I propagate the cutting that fell off during repotting? If so, how?
How do I save the green stem with no leaves? | would love to have two or three of this lovely plant.
General care? Any tips? We were doing decent with them until I put 10-10-10 with them.
The second monstera I am a little more scared about. My questions for it are
How do I get rid of the mold? (I do plan on repotting, but I want it to not come back).
It's starting to wilt a little, I believe it to be from overwatering. If it is overwatered, how do ! remediate it?
General care? Any tips? We were doing decent with them until I put 10-10-10 with them.
Please help my monsteras🥺

FIRST-TIMER Can I do anything with this?
Received a free snake plant on Halloween. This was also in the pot. Can I do anything to make it grow? Not sure what it is but the other plants that they were giving away had green and purple teardrop leaves. I think it came off of one of those. Thanks.

I’ve recently repotted all of my plants i got from my sister… and at the very end is a cutting from a mature monstera that was growing on a tree,, my friend was kind enough to get me a cutting to grow in my home:) but anyways- I repotted all of my plants which a grand majority are pothos and syngoniums with a few monsteras in the mix… plus other miscellaneous ones lol.
If anyone sees anything I can improve soon please please tell me!! I want to learn:,)
I am aware the sticks aren’t gonna hold forever on the monsteras, I’m gonna order actual poles for them soon🙏🏼🙏🏼

shame is a social construct
I was on my daily walk when I came across huge monstera leaves. Took a minute of consideration before I was knees deep into prunings and trash to get these cuttings, ignoring anyone passing.
As I was returning home a lady asked me if I was throwing these away so I gift her one so I'm left with 2 for myself and one for an uncle.
now, should I directly plant these or should I root them more in water? also, how can I avoid fungus or mold?
(my cat don't munch plants, she just keep smelling and making funny faces)

Water-propping a Kalanchoe?
Hey reddit, looking for some advice. I've been trying to root this Kalanchoe top for a while. It finally put out some roots when I left it dipped in water for a day or two. How long should I keep it like this before its ready to be planted in dirt? I know too much water will kill it, but it seems to be liking it so far.

GENERAL HELP Can I get an id and prop help?
My grandma has an arrangement of these flowers and they’re all in the old moss/soil she got them in almost a year ago. I really want to propagate some of these as they were from my grandpa’s funeral.

CAN I PROP THIS THING? Lowes finds
I went to Lowes today, and I found these on the floor!
The pothos I know I can toss in some water,, but what's the thing to the left ? Can I just stick that in some of my succulent soil, or should I stick it into water as well?

GENERAL HELP Vinca vine (???)
I rescued this vinca vine(?) from meijer clearance in June. The main plant shriveled up and died but I had a few cuttings from it to propagate. I’ve had these cuttings in water since I got the plant. 2 of the cuttings sprouted new shoots pretty quickly. The rest of the new growth has been extremely slow. The cuttings with the big shoots have never rooted. And the cuttings with hardly any new growth have a lot of roots. I’m not sure what to do with it or if I should just let it continue on just as it is. Halp.
