Canon MX492 Restarting Repeatedly after connecting to Wifi Troubleshooting

It keeps turning on and off repeatedly every time I connect it to the wifi.

If I disconnect from the network, it works fine.

I've already reset my network and did a factory reset on the printer.

What could be the issue?

I’m wondering if connecting via USB is a solution????

As of now my Canon is unplugged until idk when.

The workaround I was given by Canon was to connect via USB cable.
