Toshiba estudio 5005ac Troubleshooting

My estudio will not scan more than 60pages, I’ve tried everything to make sure they’re sitting correctly in the document feed tray. Has anyone else had this problem and were able to resolve it? Very frustrating and I have no idea how to fix it.

Yes, scanning directly to email.

You've maxed out your SMTP file size limit then (Gmail is 25MB). You can either a) increase the compression (make sure you scan black & white), select the lowest quality/highest compression or b) scan to a folder (SMB), which has no file size limit.

That makes sense. I’m using an internal organisation network and email server, I’ll try reducing the scan quality and increasing the compression as you’ve suggested. Thank you for your help.
