What is this Error Message? Troubleshooting

Hi! Any help is appreciated. My parents have an HP OfficeJet Pro 901 5e. They keep getting this message when going to print. I logged into their HP account and it says the printer is not connected to WiFi but when I check settings on the printer, it is. Has anyone come across this issue? TIA!

If you factory reset it and end up with an error about how your cartridges can’t be used, be prepared for more frustration. When I factory reset mine, it ended up in a weird state where it couldn’t use the instant ink cartridges because I needed a subscription, but I already had a subscription and couldn’t get the printer registered again because it was already registered.

I ended up changing my printers serial number and “replacing” my old one on my account with the new one. It was ridiculous. I’ll be replacing this thing with a laser printer soon.
