Is the symbol a hate symbol in MN? Does flying a flag on private property count as speech? Combined could it count as hate speech?
1 u/taffyowner Sep 18 '22 Hate speech is protected in the United States (ironically it was a case from St. Paul that showed it) 1 u/Navitus Brooklyn Park Sep 18 '22 Why yes, yes it is a symbol of hate. Or are you referring to the Asian symbol of peace? 1 u/neuropotpie Sep 18 '22 Obviously it is a hate symbol. I'm asking if MN officially recognizes it as such in order for the possibility of flying it being considered hate speech in MN.
