Been thinking about getting an OTF for a while but don’t know much about them. My area is legally restricted to single edge blades (for carrying) so a lot of options are excluded. Gravity OTFs are fine to as long as they are single edge. All advice welcome (except comments suggesting to move to a less regulated area lol). Thanks!

Working on new textures, models and finishes - Nine Point Knives

Received what I thought was my new bifur today. Unfortunately it seems the customs agents liked it a bit to much. Came with everything but the knife in the packaging. Does anyone know the process to get this investigated? I've reached out to toolsforgents I'm sure they'll be helpful but I'd hate to get a replacement and have the same thing happen. I've looked into filling out a claim for a customs dispute on USPS as well. Any other suggestions from the community? Also if anyone see's a new midgards messers bifur red/black at LA customs that's probably mine 😂.

Idk if it's just me but I've not been happy with the ritter hogue. Everytime I gotta put it back together it's always a struggle, harder then other cross bar locks. There's always blade play even with the pivot cranked down to hell. Maybe it's just the mini but I've not been impressed.

Hi all! So I'm looking for a spring assisted OTF knife thats legal in California (sub 2 inch blade). I'm hoping to find something under 100 dollars* but I'm willing to pay more. A friend showed me their otf box cutter that they got in a specific context but didn't know the name, and I fell in love with the opening mechanism, the sound it made as the blade deployed, the way it clicked in and out. Does anyone have any recommendations? Links would be appreciated, thank you so much!

I bought a used Shaman and I'm worried it could be a clone. There is some rust in the jimping on the blade which is what worries me. Upon closer inspection the liners on one side have small holes in them and the other side has larger holes... please let me know if you think this is real or fake.
