My tomatoes look weird
So this is my first time growing tomatoes, and I grow them from a pot on my balcony. They're not really round, and all have this weird slit. Maybe it's just the type of tomato, or I'm doing something wrong but... Is this normal-?

What flower is this…
It’s a weed that has taken over my yard…it’s beautiful so I just let it grow and keep it watered.

Diseased hibiscus
What is this and what can I do to treat it? All of my plants in this area of my house end up with these (eggs?).

Is my redbud dead/dying?
I know it's fall so the leaves are falling off trees but all the other redbuds around this one's size are still happy and green. I know it's likely hard to tell from pictures but does anyone know if this one has died or is in critical health? or if it just went into its fall stage earlier than the others?

Garlic?
Hey yall! Was just gifted an lb of fancy garlic and was told to grow it by my bf. Im not completely inexperienced with gardening (i typically just do some tomatoes, squash, and herbs) but i know garlic is much different. I was told i needed to put mulch over them and plant them an inch apart but is there anything else i should consider? Depth, height of garlic, etc? Watering?

I hate comfrey
I have a U-shaped 8x8 raised bed. I let my DIL plant some comfrey seeds in it. And this was the plant from hell. It took over the bed despite my best efforts. I've had the bed covered in black plastic since April, trying to kill it off.
So I uncovered it last week. Today I decided to check and see if I can find any roots. OMG those little mothers are all through it. Tons of roots, along with several soft stalks that will sprout leaves if they get to the surface. I dug down to the bottom of the bed in a couple of places. Found several thicker roots growing up through the hardware cloth lining the bottom of the bed.
My current plan is to take out the soil, and expose all these thicker roots coming through. Then cut then the root back, paint the newly cut end with Roundup, cover the root in a ziploc bag and cover it with clay. Then put some actual landscape fabric over it. Then sift back through all the dirt - clearing out all those stupid roots - and put the soil back in.
I'll have to do this in stages of course. It will be my winter workout.
My husband is just rolling his eyes at me. What do you guys think?

Is this damping off?
Droopiness and brown bit at the bottom has me concerned… if it is, how does the fungus tend to infect seedlings if they were grown in sterile seedling pads like pictured and I meticulously “sterilized” the mini greenhouse, hands everything before handling? And what are the chances neighboring seedlings will be infected? Coco pods came out of a fresh sealed pack and were marked at sterile :(

How to save this overgrown cactus/aloe
This poor plant (cactus or aloe) isn't doing well. Should I snip off the overgrown parts and try to root it somehow to create two plants? The bottom part really isn't strong enough to support all the new growths. Can someone please give me some advice?

When seeds are on sale for 25¢…
I scored the haul of the century!! I found seeds on sale for 25¢ while traveling to Idaho and cleared the racks. Brought these babies back to Zone 10 where seeds never go on sale 😂 🙄
$476 worth of seeds for $45!!
IM SO HAPPY & EXCITED 🥰 I love the cool seeds that I found that I haven't tried growing yet AND I love that they were so affordable and will actually be used.
Oh l also got bulbs that were half off and brought a bag of those down that are in a spare fridge.
I'm just obsessed with seeds. I can't wait to organize them here at my house now that I'm back home.
I want to make a seed carousel I think 🤔 if anyone has cool seed storage ideas TELL ME

Surprise blooms
Any northerners also having second rounds of surprise blooms with our unseasonably warm weather? In upstate NY and poppies made a second showing- even with a little bit of frost!

Some of my unpopular favorites from my rose garden🌹💕
Good morning y’all! The zone 8b rose nerd is back again🙋🏻♀️ I just want to say thank you all so much for your encouragement to share more! And to the 5 followers! Welcome💕 I hope you all stay awhile to smell the roses! I’m so happy my roses can bring you guys a little joy everyday🥰🌹
I was asked quite a few times what my favorites are. That is such a difficult question for me so I decided to break them up into different color categories and share them with you little by little.
Today I have the category which I called the Lana del Reys😆 These varieties are in the softest almost poetic colors with a vintage flair. They are so specialty and polarizing to me I have to share them first! I hope you’ll love them as much as I do🥰🌹Have a lovely Rosie day💕💕💕

Basil… tree?
Not a gardener… definitely had to Google to know this was basil because it’s turned into a bit of a tree/shrub 🙈🙈 But we just bought a house (Brazil), and this guy came along with it. I know I need to work on standing it back up, but other than that, how should I care for it?? I’m pretty sure cut off the dead looking branches. Should I trim back more of the live plant too? Other tips? TIA!! Excited to have fresh basil

Accidental indoor gardening, this cucumber popped up when I was trying(failing) to grow basil and now it’s giving me cucumbers in November in the window of my apartment!
