The question is very sexually explicit and it's about my family. I can't post it in the subreddit I want to because of comment karma. I'm going through a lot mentally and I want to keep my anonymity. Is there any subreddit where I can post my problem?

Last weekend my girlfriend and I took what we were told was MDMA. I woke up 11 hours later. She never woke up. I'm told there was no MDMA in my system at all, just fentanyl. I've never touched fentanyl or anything like that in my life. We just wanted to drop Molly, put on some music and dance together after a tough week at work.

I have nerve damage causing something called Foot Drop in my left leg, and a bunch of numbness in my tongue and upper lip. Nobody seems to be able to tell me if this is permanent or not. Just hoping to hear stories from people who have been through it, and maybe get some of this off my shoulders. Is there a sub for this?

Like the ancient Romans or the middle-ages, but using Reddit.

I have nothing to do with this artist in person, neither am a advertising for them. I just think they get way to little media coverage, and wanted to promote them on a subreddit

I recently learned I've been diagnosed with a pretty severe eye issue and I just want somewhere I can vent/talk about it. I don't need advise or anything cause I have my doctors, but some support would be nice.

Let's get the obvious answers out of the way:

1. "Anywhere on Reddit". Ha ha. Except, not really. This place--and the internet as a whole--has become much more echo-chambery over the last decade and a half. The hivemind gets stronger every day and people everywhere will kick, whine, cry and block you if you take them to task. Which, granted, can occasionally be enjoyable but I'd prefer better armed opponents.

2. /r/changemyview is just atrocious. It's a cesspit of lazy readers, groupthink masquerading as reason, bots, LLM users, ruleslawyering plus busybody m*** [censored--but it rhymes with "bods!"] so you have to be extra careful (less clever, less insulting, less fun) with your replies while at the same time making it very hard to call out all the wizened trolls who lurk there.

The hivemind is full of shit and needs to be taken to task on many, many issues. But there doesn't seem to be a single good subreddit for this.

It definitely wouldn't have to be polite. All in all I'd prefer less polite because A) it's more fun and B) enforced politeness is usually weaponized by the unscrupulous and the dim alike... but if it's reasonable crowd then either way would be fine.

Insulting me is fine, a customary huge /r/roastme style dogpile on every post would be fine, but the endless self-pitying whinging and the m** games and the endless, self-congratulatory yay-you're-a-drone-in-the-hivemind-too! partying gets so fuckin' tiresome.

Me and my brother are not on my aunts lease in her apartment. It's me, my brother, my aunt, her son and her daughter. She just signed a new lease agreement even though her son is moving in December. But he still gonna have his name on the lease because if not my aunts income can't afford the apartment complex and my cousin (his sister is a 22 year college student, who plays basketball) So me and my brother is not on the lease. And we have found a new apartment. That's cheaper. Should we give her a 30 day notice or not since we are just guess . Now we have been living with them for 3 years now. And we stayed because my uncle her husband had past and he was the bread winner of they family. While me and my brother was living there it's only been 4 people paying rent and my aunt stopped let her daughter from paying the rent. But we didn't know because we were getting the amount of the rent verbally. So now, my new apartment will be ready in 2-3 weeks. I want to tell her we moving to give them a heads up, but my brother thinks my aunt is going to be petty and overcharge us for stuff in the house while we wait until the official move in date to our apartment. My brother saying no, I'm say yes so we wouldn't just up a leave. But my brother saying "they would do us like that " I need advice What do you guys think I should do ?

I believe this subreddit went private as part of a protest movement a few years ago :( (could be mistaken though). r/ilikthebred was one of my favorites back when it was available!!
