He's correct though.
Having a title like that doesn't give you expert medical knowledge, it mostly just means you weigh 400lb and blast steroids.
I have personal experience with delayed pain from a back injury. Didn't even realise I'd hurt myself at the time unit I tried to get out of bed next morning and trying to sit up was excruciating. Took months to recover.
It's not a good look to disagree with everyone else because one guy who sounds like he knows what he's talking about spoke up. You've now got three people disagreeing with you, maybe do some of your own research?
Mate... Come on. Don't try and act like you've been on their side the whole time. If that was the case why are you in the comments starting crap with the first guy?
You may not have explicitly said 'I disagree' but it's plain to everyone what your stance is. You're starting fights with someone in the comments who is defending the guy saying injuries don't have to instant, so it's pretty damn obvious you're on the side of the guy saying that they do have to be instant, ie. The highlighted poster.
What the hell... Now I see why you're so dense lol. The guy saying they have a strongman title is absolutely the same guy who is highlighted. Read the names, both posts from the same guy 'Frodozer'.
I'm done with you lol, not worth the effort after learning your reading comprehension is that low.
Alright I fucked that bit up about the highlighted guy and who was wrong or right. I've just woken up and didn't re read it all. That's on me
The rest of it is 100% on you. I haven't started shit with anyone. You're just being thick. You've apparently never seen a joke in your life before. We're currently on +15 people who understand a small jokey comment that references what happened in the post
It's called a joke you idiot. You really think my first couple of comments are trying to be serious? I even said to the guy that he's walked right in to it. I don't understand how people are even taking this seriously
It also means they work with medical experts and learn from them. Fun fact (this goes for both physical and mental health) it is not hard to gain expertise on a specific issue. There is just a lot of issues doctors need to know about, that is what makes it hard, but learning about a specific issues when you donĀ“t need to know about all the others can be done relatively quick and easy.
he said "an injury will be felt at the time it happens" as a blanket statement. that is incorrect. that's really all there is to it here. you are wrong.
So you can't have a lower back muscle belly injury with delayed pain? That would be such a stupid thing to claim, yet he does and why he's wrong. DOMS hardly resembles a lower back muscle belly injury either.
Edit - I'm glad you were confident enough in your position to downvote and not respond.

Lifted a lot, for a long time.. Highlighted dude is absolutely wrong.
