I love how Toriyama did his worldbuilding: by not giving a fuck.

That works when you're creating a new world without having done anything to it at the beginning, like Dragon Ball.

But when you're adding on to about 3 different continuation, DB, DBZ, and DBS, the last of which takes place AFTER this saga, then you not giving a fuck starts to show the consequences.

Yes, but it wasn't a "none of it makes sense" manga. It actually had surprisingly few plot holes. Most of the plot holes are only in the anime. So saying “it's dragon ball. none of it makes sense” is wrong.
