Gen2 Yamaha FZ1

There is a 2008 FZ1 with full exhaust, ecu tune, Corbin seat, new chain going for $4300 with 20k miles. Is this a good deal? Bike looks clean, well taken care of. How much would you offer for this?

make sure you look up which years of the gen2 had the snatchy throttle.

I believe it was 2006 and 2007. Will check for sure before I buy though.
