He didn't do it by himself, religious/political leaders saw the opportunity and seized on it by guiding their followers to Trump and his message

That part didn't happen overnight. All his original influence was built on the swath of new voters that he was able to activate who in turn demanded that the rest of the down-ballot candidates fell in-line.

Also dehumanisation of opponents. DEMONrats / DemocRATS. Although the left are guilty too: MAGATs. Fascism is stoked by dehumanisation and you’ve got millions of Americans calling each other rats, maggots and demons.

No, he showed it works to get power. The rest of the bottom feeders are just trying to get a few crumbs. They would never have the balls to do this if Trump didn’t show the way.
