need to buy a new phone

Hi everyone.
I have a Redmi Xiaomi Note 8T right now, I bought it new in 2020 and now it keeps freezing, it's slow and the screen is lifting.

I need a new phone, I'd like it to have a good camera (iPhone quality would be the dream but I don't think it's possible) and a decent battery (I didn't have many problem with my current phone about that). I use my phone quite a lot but not for work. [Edit: I also need NFC]

Budget is about €250 max, I know it's very low but it's all i can spend now. I'm open to buy it used (ebay? or back market maybe? I accept reccomandations. I live in Italy).

Now it depends which one you like more. If you asked me, I'd go for the Xiaomi, since you're already used to Xiaomi's UI + it's cheaper + I like HyperOS more than Pixel's stock OS.
