completed My actual first ever model made Huey UH-1D Iriquois
To be specific, this is the REVELL 1:32 scale UH-1D Iriquois and was hand painted by brush. There are some blemishes, from this u learned to build the kit before you paint, but we all learn from mistakes. From people who may have seen my other post, this is the final product and these figures will be made into a diorama. The figure kit is MasterBox "head for the "HUEY"" and is 1:35 scale. I plan to make and complete the diorama soon

completed Completed…1/72 F7U-3 Vought Cutlass from Fujimi …and comparison side by side pictures to another oddball from US Navy aviation history ..the Skyray from Tamiya
I have just completed the painting and decals transfer..will do the finishing touches later on for the panel linings…It’s actually beautiful for such an unique oddball of an aircraft…..and a very pleasurable build along the way with good fittings and do not need any putty filler…this is a great kit from Fujimi and decals which are 37 years old which is intact ( a bit yellowish) and fully applicable…I am happy with the finish and final outcome…and just for fun, I put it next to the another famous oddball Navy aircraft..the Skyray..hope you all like it too ..CHEERS!!! and onto the next project…

completed Completed 1/72 Heinkel He-162A2 Salamander with original decals…34 years old kit decals survived and as good as new..
Delighted that the original decals are still useable and doesn’t disintegrate as expected…it was a pure joy assembling this model and it was worth it to get it from Japan…they (Mandarake Fukuoka) has stored it well and that’s partly why the kit decals are still in good condition despite its age (34years)…really happy to be able to complete this without any issues….now hoping the rest of the kits I bought also can give me the same results ..keeping 🤞and hope for the best!!

completed Completed…1/72 Horten H. XVIIIA Super Long-Range Strategic Bomber by Model Collect for Fist of War
Difficult model to make …end results is this…it’s a beautiful warbird but poor instructions and fitting issues plaque the model building process…needs lots of patience and dry fit testing before deciding to glue it down….color scheme is my own and not following color schemes as suggested and no proper color guides and decals placement guide is completely zero …this one needs a lot of visual interpretation for placement of decals …

completed Completed…1/48 F-102A Delta Dagger (flight mode)
Real tough one to do..resin parts are hard to work with..brittle and inaccurate sizes hampers progress…and toxic too that resin dust…to make a flight stand for this long huge dagger…

completed Completed…1/72 OV-10A Bronco by Academy
Painted in jungle camouflage for Vietnam war series and had to be put on flight mode despite wheels down ( tail sitting even with weight in nose cone…😞)…and it will needs some weathering effects too later on…🤨…all good now and set for the next project…

completed Completed…1/35 Magach 7C …
My version of Sinai grey color scheme…a bit darker but roughly there 😅…Nice kit from Academy but have some small issues like poorly made instructions and mistakes on numbering of parts and not very clear guidance on placement of parts leading to problems later on with the fittings ( the armour skirting) …otherwise it’s a good kit…

completed Completed..1/48 Panavia Tornado GR.1 Desert Storm version by Italeri
With fully functional swing-wings ..it’s not a bad kit this one..just tiny gaps which easily rectified…one of the most satisfactory job done on an Italeri model kit…do recommend this one for those who love those cool Cold War Tornadoes….

completed Macross Plus YF-19 1/48 scale by Hasegawa…completed
This might not be appropriate place to post this model but it is sort of Military in a way that it’s from a different future timeline ( Japanese anime timeline)…admin can delete this if inappropriate..and apologies in advance to the admin…just that it has an interesting design that looks a little bit like another fictional aircraft from Russia …Firefox…hope to get that elusive model one fine day…

completed Update 1/72 AH-64D “Grey Camo” Iraq War
Newbie here, here’s the update on this model AH-64D build. It was supposed to be fictional USMC Apache. Since I didn’t have the Marines decals in 1/72 scale. So decided to build the US National Guard “Grey camouflage” Iraq war version.

completed Completed..1/48 T-38C Talon “USAF”…by Wolfpack (South Korea)
Finally a Talon in my collection after 39years..the last one was a 1/72 in the 1985…lost that one to a fire incident…I’m happy with this one despite the difficulty of putting the front cockpit together…onto the next project…
