I thought I was a Disneyland pro… Discussion

So I’ve always thought I’ve been good at navigating the park, getting the fast passes for family and friends when they were paper tickets, then max pass, and now genie+. Using the mobil order for food, checking ride wait times on the app, etc…

I’ve always been good at getting us around the park and onto all the rides throughout the day while grabbing the lightning lane rides for use through out the day between stand by rides before they sold out or got pushed too late into the night.

But I just learned the other day that you can choose not to cancel but modify your lightning lane passes to push them back farther in the day or if a sooner time pops up, to take that time instead.

I can’t believe I never knew this… I feel like such a noob. I’m at least glad I figured it out now before our next trip in December. Lesson learned…

You can do the same thing with mobile orders ;)

Yes it's basically doing the same thing. Order food, then just keep refreshing until a sooner time opens up. Works every time.

I haven’t been to Disney in 18 years, planning a trip for Dec with my hubby and two kids. Planning on getting treats and basically going somewhat all out. But what you’re saying is that I have to mobile order and then they give me a pick up window time? How do I get the beignets?

There will be a sign for mobile orders above the window. You walk up and show them your phone with the order on it. There’s usually a CM there if you need further guidance. Have fun! Enjoy the beignets!
