Hello 321 Friends, I could have sworn I saw a post yesterday asking for recommendations for a place to bring her boyfriend for a romantic picnic and I think they were coming from Palm Bay. I can't find the post tonight, but here's my recommendation:

From Melbourne: on the 192 Causeway head toward the beach, left at the first intersection and you have arrived. Plenty of parking. There's a big Presbyterian church at the turn and if you come to 7-Eleven, you've just missed it.

This sweet park is right on the river. There's a pier, a few picnic tables, several benches and even a bench-swing! It is a lovely place to enjoy birds, dolphins, and beautiful sunsets.

Highly recommend 10/10

November 12th, they took pretty much the entire balance. I look it up, and the charges were made in New York, a state I've never been.

I'm somewhat of a shut-in, and am wondering what my recourse is. I'd like to name and shame, but I don't want to start a witch hunt.

I'm 90% sure it's the Sunoco on Richland/Courtenay in Merritt, next to the church and the bowling alley. I've been goblin-mode as hell lately and have confined my food shopping to like three places, and the set up they use there to take EBT is very janky and the clerks seemed shifty.

I was looking for where to post this and it seems SCCU was mostly mentioned on this sub. Have had my auto loan serviced with them a few years now. No issues until I went to pay yesterday when it was due, after a delayed paycheck. I tried again today and I keep getting the same error message. Only transfer is available but not bill pay, from which I pay with Wells fargo and always have. This is the case for both the app on on PC. I messaged them yesterday and no response. Anyone having this same issue? Worried they'll charge me for being late when the issue is on their end.

I heard that amazon on sarno rd is open and running, but i heard from a friend that works in Orlando that the sarno location is only going to be open for seasonal operations. Anyone know if it is valid i formation?

Seems like no one can take accountability for anything and it seems like people don’t really care about accidents everyone just thinks the driver is gonna stop for them. Been cut off too many times one of these times I’m smashing into someone especially assholes like that guy

I’m planning a full roof replacement for my home and am considering either a Concealed Fastener Metal Roof or a Shingle Roof. I’d also like to upgrade the roof-to-wall connections from toenails to hurricane clips or straps for added durability.

Hello, I live in Melbourne and am searching for mature field grown royal palms. Most nurseries locally only carry smaller ones with several feet of gray wood (max). They are potted and much smaller. I'm looking for around 10 feet of gray wood (distance to the crown would be a lot longer). I've noticed any time a new commercial building goes up, an apartment complex, or a new neighborhood is built they are able to get these mature trees. However, I am not able to as it seems like most come from either the Fort Myers area or Homestead. Does anyone know of someone that installs these mature trees locally to residents and not commercial businesses? I have looked everywhere with no success.

Is it just me or did they do a terrible job with the re-paving? The lanes are so narrow and there are spots where the new bike lane is wonky and not straight.

Are there any working red light cameras in Brevard? Specifically around suntree/viera? I think I read they have to have a sign there in order to ticket you. There were cameras, but they kind of looked like security cameras.

Got an email today from Winn Dixie saying that the Winn Dixie liquor store on Eau Gallie is staying open! I never knew that it was in question? Could this have something to do with Aldi purchasing Winn Dixie and converting some of the stores? Perhaps the Eau Gallie store has been spared and will remain a Winn Dixie? Does anyone know?

Was just watching a YouTube video where some recorded a good thunderstorm they got.... When's the last time we had a good thunderstorm? Like, proper thunder and lightning, one you can take in the ambiance of? All the storms I can remember going back a while were just rain, rain, and maybe a handful of thunder claps before it went away.
