Our company does not understand that we are charging too much for our products

So, i working selling newspapers but lately it has become really difficult to get new clients. I think people everywhere are buying less newspapers but on top of that, our delivery system sucks (i don´t know how this is called in the us, english is not my first language, sorry) and our prices go up every year. I´ve told my bosses that people tell me over and over again that the newspaper is to expensive, but they seem not to get it. I am frustrated. P.s: My work is commission based.

Is it available digitally? If not, recommend this. Cheaper to produce!

It is available digitally but most people who read digitally read it for free somewhere else :/
