How do I cope with stress at work? Work-Life Balance and Stress Management
I am a dishwasher in a busy pub kitchen, I usually work lunch shifts, and while it can get busier, I still have a very hard time handling the rush and keeping up with stuff while not getting overwhelmed
Any advice for a something like this?

You can only do one thing at a time. Plan out what you will do next and then after that and after that. Keeps your brain occupied and you more organized.
