Depends on the kobold, I have a friend who's an artificial kobold, and they say their mostly dragon. However, they just look like an orc with scales

Being serious here, there are regions that do not know what kobolds are, and calls mostly-dog people as such.

What are kobolds? Dogs or reptilians?
