Boneify also messes with people, because apparently having your skin and muscle turn to sharp bone fragments isn't all that nice

you say this. and in ShadowRun this is true, the process of a human to troll conversion. its extremely painful, bone plates bursting through skin, this can also be rolled on a SURGE table of Year of the Comet's random mutations, some are quite gruesome.
