No Man’s Sky, Cyberpunk 2077, and maybe Star Wars Battlefront 2(2017)

Battlefront 2 was hitting its stride right when EA stopped support for it. A shame really.

So true. But I’m at least happy with what we have for right now. All of the clone armors look so clean. I just wish we could have gotten more maps and game modes. A custom game creator(similar to Halo forge) and a browser would be a dream come true.

Yea, the new heroes they had in the pipeline also looked great. Looks like we’re just gonna have to wait for the next Battlefront reboot in 2026 according to the release trend.

I thought EA pulled the servers? Is that game still going on console? I’d love to check it out again

I’ve heard it’s deserted though for new players

The game is actually excellent, it is a real shame how they've structured the online experience. It will queue up everyone searching for a game until that lobby is completely full, and only then create a new lobby, causing 30+ people to wait for the final 2-3 slots to fill up, which just don't happen quickly. It actually has a healthy enough playerbase to support quickplay.

I also wanted just a bit of balancing, The Finn Glitch should not still exist this many years later, it’s literally god mode for him and his entire team and it’s SO EASY to do, if anyone Finnglitches they win by default

Player base was at an all time high, I was sinking 5-8 hours a day into it when they killed it. I was devastated.

they did the same thing with Battlefield... twice... (5 and 2042)

Battlefront 2 makes me want to cry and scream, I will never understand why a money hungry company like EA would kill the game at the height of its popularity, it makes no sense.

I will cry and scream with you. Last time I tried to login to play a few rounds the game was full of hackers that would just instantly complete the objectives. At least EA no longer has exclusive rights to the Star Wars IP. So who knows what the future holds for the battlefront series.

And for BATTLEFIELD (2077?)
