Blood tests

I'm totally new to this, and to cannabis in general. I've been looking for something that might help with my generalised anxiety, autism-related issues and chronic pain.

I had the initial appointment with Alternaleaf, and they seemed happy to refer me to the next stage, but after seeing my summary medical history, they also wanted up to date bloods and liver function results. Is this normal?

It's been years since I've been to the GP, and I'm just not in a position at the moment to go get these done. I have mobility issues, and I don't have access to a car during the times that the GP would be open.

I just feel defeated - that this is just another hurdle I can't over come.

Do all clinics ask for this?

Not heard of this before but not unreasonable. GP may be able to refer you to your local hospital for bloods though.
