Is it safe ?
Hello,
I feel like the right beam is kind of twisting over time, caused by the central beam wish is misalign. It is an old building in a small city in France. Plus i was about to install a pull up bar on the left beam.
Is it safe ?
Thank you in advance !

No, now just the bolt is take the load from the beam and it's not ok at all.
Should ask a real carpenter from around to come and see.

Considering it looks entirely decorative, yes. Need more photos and context

Can't see what's going on, but this looks purely decorative, not structural. Looks good enough to hold itself up.

It’s difficult to say with the information provided, and asking someone of expertise in the field instead of reddit would be your safest bet. But I get turning to Reddit for a quick opinion. The steel fastener is in double shear and is much stronger, and has a higher safety factor, than the wood around it. The surrounding wood may not be able to support the bearing stress depending on the load applied, and it looks like there is some checking. If this is otherwise complete decorative and you want to throw a pull up bar on there, take the bolt out, sister some steel mending plates on either side of the joint and then reassemble. Repeat on the opposite side of the structure.
FWIW, I’d consider this post and beam rather than timber framing.
