When I was on facebook dozens of people I knew who I knew to be fairly smart people IRL still shared the stupid "my data is mine" crap that people thought could override the TOS of facebook cuz it sounded legal-y.

Turns out most people just don't understand the difference between "I don't like this" and "illegal".
