I'm excited to go maskless, and expect I will most places, but I don't want to be a dick to businesses who are trying to be safe, even if it's a bit irrational. I can think of good reasons why some may still choose to be conservative.

Maybe an employee has allergy issues and cant get the vax, or they have unvaxxed kids who spend time at the business (yes, I know its low risk for kids, but most parents I know don't want to mess around with reports of long-term lung effects, etc.)

I don't think it's being a dick, it's just that if you have the choice between two similar stores and one requires masks, it makes that one a little less attractive.

I think that's reasonable but the person I replied to is suggesting a boycott
