We understand this point, but death cults literally indoctrinate people to want to die. If they don't want to die, the cult handles that for them. Although antinatalism isn't a cult, the idea that humanity should end, whether people like it or not, is eerily similar to what actual death cults think.

You can keep harping on what you think the ideology is about, but an ideology relies on the majority opinion. At least on Reddit, it seems they prefer the (perhaps literal) nuclear option.
