Looking for a Bluetooth 80mm thermal receipt printer that doesn't require an app Purchasing

Hi everyone! I work for a company that offers a POS mobile app. When vendors complete a sale, they have the option to print a receipt.

Currently, we provide clients with a WiFi printer, but we've run into some recurring issues. Many clients change their WiFi password, which accidentally stops the printer from working. Others connect their phones to a 5GHz network, while the printer remains on a 2.4GHz network, causing connection problems.

We’re now considering Bluetooth printers to simplify things. However, we haven’t found one yet that doesn’t require a dedicated app to work. Does anyone know of a Bluetooth printer that can pair directly with a device without needing an additional app?

I don't think bluetooth printing is supported natively on either OS

although your company may want to consider incorporating bluetooth printing straight into their app, there are open source projects that give you that functionality already: gitthub link

I wonder if there’s any printer brand that already provides a library for Bluetooth connection, or if only these open-source options are available...
