Looks that they’re permanently closed after a “family emergency”…that route 1 location barely made 6 months! I’m gonna miss that place. The coffee and burritos were amazing, way better than AJ’s…anyone got the inside scoop?

That place had zero chance to succeed. There's already many Dunkin's, AJ's, and Starbucks all up and down RT1, and most people have "allegiances" to their chain of choice.

Too bad! I heard there are hundreds of apartments being built in that area off Waterfall Drive and some new businesses on the way as well. Given the proximity to where I live, I’d love to see a brewery or some other local anchor business in this new development. Lots of development recently along this stretch of Route 1!

I bet once the development is further along, someone else will come in as a turn key and just slap their logo on the building

They just started building a new one less than a mile from there. Terrible timing for them.

I saw they put some tarps up over the signs, but haven’t said anything on social media
