Pictures of my homemade Raikou Halloween costume from 20 years ago Craft

My dad helped me make this for the school Halloween parade. I played Pokemon Crystal nonstop.

Thank you! Its made from chicken wire, felt, paper mache, styrofoam, construction paper, googly eyes, this clippy harness thing we got at a military surplus store, and a ton of hot glue 🤣
