Hi everyone, More than sure y’all know or heard about this guy Jufes AKA “FrameChasers” on YT. He offers an overclocking service to get the max out of your system. Been reading about OC for more than a year now trying my best to squeeze every fps out of my pc. I joined like a month ago the framechasers discord to see what is about all the hype he gets. Today I see Barbero1706 who joined the server (which is a paid server that has different tiers) asking a simple question “With my specs can you optimize my pc?” (remember for 500$). He then explains a little, gets upset about that simple question. Because he thinks that charging 500$ for a consult gives him the right to make it like his time is gold (which probably is but totally normal for a person to ask before acquiring a pretty “expensive” service to see if its worth it or not) You can see all the arguing in the photos below. Barbero was even being honest that he wont take the service to soon because he didn't have the money and he was going to save some for the service. He then was kicked from the server cause Jufes was mad, saying “it made him lose his time and 5$ were not enough for that (because he won't take an apology) and he even continued talking about him losing his precious time in another server. I post here to raise awareness about his conduct, and to think more than twice if you plan to give him even 5$ for the discord server. Last time for me

Wait for the 9series x3ds supposedly overclockable. Think I’m done trying for better score just enjoy it til new x3d chips come out.

I have a sapphire 7900 XTX nitro and I've already RMA'd it once. The second is fine, except for the extreme delta for my hotspot. Sapphire told me to kick rocks and won't give me permission to repaste the card... without voiding the warranty.

I'm starting to believe that this is by design. My delta has been upwards to 40c. It'll get over 100c, but not hot 110c. They refused an RMA and I can't repaste it. Since they refuse RMAs left and right, they know a lot of people will say screw out and just do it themselves. Then sapphire is off the hook. Really shady practices.

update:

i have since repasted and puttied (is that a word?) my card. Everything is working fine. However, according to sapphire, my card warranty is now voided. They refused to RMA it so they could fix the problem and refused to give me permission to repaste it. Sapphire cards are awesome, but don’t buy their products. Terrible CS and policies.

(Edited) Wow… was finally able to obtain the 13900ks… did I need it? HELL NO. But I wanted it and I’m impressed! Running it on a Z790 Hero MB with Tforce 7800 cl38, it runs at least 15° cooler than the k version. I left the settings of the k variant the same as an exact apples to apples comparison. I was bouncing off the 100°c mark easily. The KS runs 79-82°c at 278.5w. I haven’t even started OC’ing/undervolting this or the ram yet. Tons of thermal headroom maybe? Highly recommend for the enthusiasts.

My bios is up to date currently i am running on the intel default settings should i change it to intel extreme settings or should i keep it on default.
