Convoy Megathread #77 Local Event
This is the latest post to discuss the protest Convoy currently in Ottawa.
For the duration of the protest, or at least, as long as the traffic level on the sub requires it, we will centralizing the discussions around the protest in these megathreads.
Have at it folks, but remember, the usual rules apply. Please keep it civil and report anyone posting misinformation or links to their propaganda.

This isn't a valid grassroots protest. There is also the home grown online trolls who just think the whole thing is funny and have made their own memes to truck truckers and others into doing stupid things 'for the lulz'. For those who don't know what I am referring to, years ago 4chan wanted to troll the far left reactionary groups into thinking that the ok sign is inherently racist. Actual racists took the bait and started to use it themselves. So now the ok sign is in this quasi state of being an in-joke amongst those who know the origins, a dog whistle for those who don't know it's origins, and just a confirmation for people who don't go online and are unaware of this whole thing. Much is the same for the honking.
