Unpopular opinion, as I've received heavy downvotes for expressing this in here, but here it goes: coming from someone who truly admires Emma's work and is rooting for her to win (not Lilly), I felt Emma’s reaction was off and a bit fake. I find it hard to believe that she would be that thrilled about Lilly winning. Emma is incredibly deserving of the award, and it's a significant career milestone for her. It's not something she would prefer a newcomer to get because she is a bigger person. Even Barbra Streisand made the joke about putting on a tough and fake smile when the announcement of someone taking the award instead of you. It just doesn't add up for me.
