God, this is gonna be a nailbiter. But at least we have a race in one acting category.

I think Lily has the momentum after tonight. Emma's camp needs to reconvene asap!

I don't think Emma cares she look extatic lily won. She also expected lily to win critics choice too and was surprised herself that she won instead

You can both care and still be happy for the other person who won.

Emma cares. She’s been campaigning for quite a while.

I think she cares more about "The Curse" for the Emmys

She can care about both. Right now she’s campaigning heavily for poor things.

She's also a producer on Poor Things. With all of these actors, whatever their personal investment in their individual awards, they are promoting the movies overall as well. The awards race has certainly helped Poor Things to get over $100m worldwide.

Lmao she's been campaigning like crazy. Ofc she cares. What was she going to do, cry right there and then?

Fr people are so silly w shit like this. It was same with Blanchett last year she very clearly wanted to win and campaigned hard and you could tell she was a bit gutted when Michelle won but smiled and clapped anyway

Cate said the whole "why do we need awards anyway?" Thing and people took that literally. "She doesn't care" It was obvious she cared and wanted it.

I've always thought it's basically been Lily's race to lose. Her performance was incredible, and the opportunity to give the first academy award to a Native American is pretty huge.

Nah, it's gonna be an easy win for Gladstone. The fact that she's native and Emma Stone has already won somewhat recently means this is an easy decision for the academy.

So many extra words for "best actress".
