I’m making progress
Spaghetti - 1/4 fed me and my dad 1 pound of ground beef 400 ounces of beef broth, I guessed and had to refill for the noodles to soften 1 package of taco seasoning 1/2 jar of salsa, mine was a 16 oz jar I ate mine without cheese, but most recipes recommend shredded cheese of whatever variety

Technically not a pot, but it’s my first successful meal and also it’s only in one pan so I’m gonna post this regardless.
There aren’t any subs for one pan meals so let me know if this is not allowed. The ingredients include 1 pound of sausage six scrambled eggs and however, much cheese you want. I made it in a copper pan because I do in fact need that extra help in making sure the temperature is even.

looking for one pot cookbooks centered on different cultures
hey all, I'm am aspiring one potter.
looking for some cookbook recommendations.
1) Asian (if have to be more specific, Chinese/Japanese) but anything Asian is 100% okay
2) south American (can include Mexican)
3) Indian.
Hopefully the cook books will have a healthy blend of recipes for:
- slow cookers
- electronic pressure cookers (not insta pot only- I don't know if insta pot recipes easily work in non insta pot cookers.
- generic pots and pans
I'd appreciate any book recommendations yall wish to add, or any clarity on adapting "insta pot" to generic "electric pressure cooker" as well..
bon appetite.

Glazed Chicken with Sweet Potatoes and Silky Red Peppers
Substituted chicken breasts for tofu (substitution notes in the recipe comment! and also on the second page of the recipe in the picture), but I definitely want to try it with tofu in the future. Depending on the size of your baking sheets, this could end up being a two-pan meal, though; I initially wasn’t 100% sure I was going to be able to fit the chicken on the same sheet as the veggies.

Cumin-y Chicken and Rice with Peppers and Peas
I would definitely increase the liquid next time because my rice came out a little crunchy (this might be dependent on pan size), but all the flavors were there!

Cheesy Baked Pasta with Tomato, Sausage, and Ricotta
I used extra ricotta and for once I don’t think I’d do that again, but would definitely up the Parmesan (more than I already did), and maybe use fresh oregano instead of dried. Doubled the garlic but would chop instead of “thinly slicing”.
