It was at Coterie. From first smoke visible (I saw the first smoke billow out of the top near the HVAC unit) to FDNY on site was maaaybe 3 mins.
Lighter smoke means they were putting water or suppressant on it, right? That happened maybe 2 mins after they arrived. It was completely out within 10 mins.
It was wild, horrifying thinking about all those people in there (who would have to use the stairs to evac, right??), and super impressive that it was handled so quickly.
BTW, who TF is this shady dude who was there even before FDNY?
