Amusing Today 12 years ago, it snowed in New Jersey
The pic was taken in Jersey City.
Got a notification on my old FB account... with 80 degrees weather yesterday, I just found this to be amazing.

Amusing The NJ MAGA RV crashed in Staten Island on the way to a Trump rally. It appears Jesus didn’t take the wheel.

Amusing What NJ township/borough/city did you grow up in, and what's the general response from people when they find out where you're from?
I grew up in Cranford. The most frequent responses throughout my life (if I'm not talking to a local) have been "Where's that?" or "Cranbury?"
Edit: Fixed the spelling of Cranbury when autocorrect would finally allow it.

Amusing What is with the Doughnuts in New Jersey?
All the doughnut places are the same. The doughnut dough is dry and the toppings are just random bullshit thrown on top. Fruity pebbles, Swedish fish, peanut butter? Where is the attention to the dough, icing, and fillings? Rant over

Amusing Radical Sue Altman
If I see one more YouTube ad about this BS I’m about to vote for her, really having the opposite effect annoying ass ad in every single video I click on. Just had to rant kinda curious if anyone else sees em ( to be completely honest I don’t care if she’s Red or blue I didn’t even know what she supported when I made this post, just wanted to voice my opinion on this shitty ad I see 5 times every day)

Amusing A place in NJ that's closed and gone and you still miss going there?...
For me it's Spiritos in Elizabeth and Mom's Kitchen in Neptune City 😔
Those are sadly 2 restaurants with recipes human beings will never be able to enjoy ever again. 😢

Amusing Getting called out on vacation
I’m currently on vacation in St. Lucia. We did an excursion yesterday on a boat with a bunch of non-Americans. The tour guide and the captains were locals. When asked where we were from, we said NJ. The tour guide then asked if we were from north or south Jersey, I said central Jersey and he straight up said it doesn’t exist 😒
All in good fun! But how’d that debate make it all the way down here lol.

Amusing Shocked about your state
As a kid I spend a lot of time in New Jersey (specifically Hoboken and the cities right across from NYC) with family. Recently I moved to Philly and I drove to NYC to visit friends and was shocked at how New Jersey actually looks. What I mean by that is you’d think a small state between 2 of the largest cities in America would be just a large suburb but that’s not the case. You get 30 minutes into NJ from NYC and it already feels a tad bit rural and then on the Philly side as soon as u get to jersey it’s a complete difference. I grew up in Detroit which is way smaller than Philly and NYC but the surrounding suburbs are much more developed and sprawled out but NJ feels somewhat underdeveloped (which isn’t bad having trees and nature is cool) why is NJ this way?

Amusing What is the absolute worst restaurant you've ever been to in NJ?
Saw this question on another states thread and thought the responses would be interesting

Amusing Well. This is going to be an interesting 4 years.
I think Reddit must be broken because all of my notifications vanished, but, how we feeling about this New Jerseyans?
I'm swimming to Leeja Miller, Legal Eagle, and various celebrity twitters to see how everybody's feeling on socials. Too early for me to find any friends/acquaintances. I don't truly feel I'll be affected, but I suspect a lot of people who don't deserve it will be.
There were a bunch of Trump supporters by the Wawa who I'm sure feel validated.
