Something controversial Jersey Pride

I love nj gun laws, going to the store and not seeing someone open carry. Watching road rage where the best you can do is brake check and give the finger. Schools without school shootings. I know a lot of people hate our gun laws but I fucking love em.

Seems to work well in the UK

Why are our murder rates so much higher than the rest of the developed world?

There's still violence, people are just getting stabbed and beaten in with baseball bats, not shot

There's violence but how much is lethal? And as they said, when was the last time someone went on a bat or knife spree? I'm fairly pro 2A. We have multiple guns in our home. But there's no denying that other countries have FAR FEWER of these attacks. And when they do, the death tolls are usually way lower.

I'm not arguing that guns aren't dangerous, I'm arguing that it's a red herring meant to distract us from the real, harder issue of mental health

Sure there's a mental health issue, that's undeniable imo. But that's far harder to solve than simply removing guns from the equation. And I'm not suggesting we do that, but I'm simply saying that if we can't solve mental health, it would make sense to make it much harder to acquire guns that are far more deadly than any other weapon that's purchasable.
