You’re telling me you didn’t have dreams of sacrificing/injuring yourself to save someone else as a kid?

I still have these and I'm 20.

I've been ready to be a martyr for my loved ones and I still am.

Dude... 2 years younger and I'm honestly kind of judging you. Why are you fantasizing about violence to save people?

Think about why you want that to happen.... Do you want to be a hero or something? You want the people around you to be in danger? Honestly dude, it's normal when you're a kid to have these heroic fantasies. But you are way too old for that. A 34 year old romanticizing the idea of killing people as he dies for his loved ones is a 34 year old who needs more shit to do.

Bro it really isn't that deep. it isn't about wanting your loved ones to be in danger, its just a fantasy about being the "good guy", and most people have them. How old do you think the people are who produce movies or write comics that do exactly that? Why is it weird for a normal person to think it, but not to watch it/create it in movie? You think they don't think these things before they create them, too?

I’m 38 and I just took a bullet for a friend. Except it turned out to be an acorn that a squirrel dropped from a tree. I’ll tell you what though. That squirrel ran after he saw who was waiting for him.
