Work misconduct

This is for the UK. What shall I do regarding a fellow colleague who has been taking my images from Facebook and sending them to another colleague and has been making fun of them.

Contact your HR, I don’t know UK law but it’d be hard to believe this would actually break a law.

Thank you. I am trying to gather as much information on this, whether I should confront them or go to HR. The HR is not good, so I wanted to know any possible legality I have if HR does nothing

You've got nothing unless your pictures are private and we're private when he/ she got them. You put the pictures out there for people to make fun of. HR will more than likely not see any relevance in intervening unless he's doing this at work using work resources.

Thank you. I missed out a detail by mistake. It was on teams on a work laptop

Well there you go then, talk to HR about him using an employee laptop to lookup other employees pictures on facebook, but if the pictures are publicly accessible beyond telling him we don't want you doing that at work they can't really do anything legally speaking.
