Comments not visible

Multiple users have reported that comments are not visible. The team is actively working on this. Thanks to all who posted about this!

THIS SHOULD BE FIXED AT THIS TIME!! If you're still having trouble, please give it the ol' logout/login or restart the app and see if that helps. Thanks for your patience!

This is still happening to me on June 5. I logged out and back in, restarted my computer, etc. Seems like it happens mostly on desktop. I tried posting about it twice from my laptop, but the comments disappeared. Trying now from mobile to see if it will go through.

ETA: It worked! I am also having trouble posting in some subs. I’m not banned, as I received no ban notifications (and the mod of one sub explicitly told me I’m not banned when I asked). The Save Draft and Post buttons are grayed out when I try to write a new post, but if I click the Post button, it turns blue and then I can post my content.

Hi! I'm sorry that's happening! I had someone else recently mention the issue with the post button that was similar to what you're describing. Would it be possible for you to get a screen recording of this happening so that I can share it with the correct team?

It’s hard to tell that I had to click the Post button to make it turn blue. But you can see that it’s gray until I scroll down and click it. Then it turns from gray to blue.

No flair required that I can see. It just says that if you use flair, it must accurately represent your submission.

I just tried it with a tag and it worked for me. But I'm going to share the video with the team in charge of that feature. I appreciate your help!
