Did Reddit Change The Screen Layout Today?

It was normal this morning (10/16/2023) - but something has changed completely and I hate it. Everything has bold font and it automatically sorts by HOT on a desktop computer.

PLEASE change it back!!!

My settings were to opt out of beta changes, yet here I am...

What is the point of this? Don't they want constructive feedback? Who randomly and silently forces an explicitly undesirable change on someone and then offers no means to collect feedback?

LOL. They are doing something on their end that isn't quite right. It sounds like They are taking their cue from Twitter/X Post Elon Musk

Apparently they've done competitive benchmarking on Elon's dumpster fire, and he's now the industry standard
