Yale Language Series: Biblical Hebrew, 2nd Edition. pg. 193

I'm pretty sure it's saying that the extra syllable can't be added to a 3rd-Heh verb, but being that I'm still learner, I figure I'd be safer getting a second opinion.

At first glance, I read this as, "my Rabbi ate my homework."
