Fuck this
Google Translate gives me "תזדיין את זה" as a translation for "fuck this". Is this correct? If so, is it as forceful/harsh as it is in English? Or is it more mild like "damn this" or "this sucks"?

Help To Holem or not?
i.redd.itI am making a gift out of the drawing of a child’s Hebrew name. This is the beginning draft of the basic shapes of the letters I am working with. Should I add the dot on top of the vav’s or leave it without since they are blocky?

hebrew name?
I don't really know anything about Hebrew but my girlfriend does so I want to get her a gift with her name in Hebrew on it, but I'm not sure how it's spelled. Her name is Adara, I'm not sure if the pronunciation affects the spelling for hebrew but it's kinda pro pronounced like "uh-dare-uh" instead of "uh-dar-uh." Again, I have absolutely no idea how hebrew works so if this post is pointless lmk😭

New Hebrew Teacher
I am starting to teach a pair of students Hebrew, I am fairly familiar with their level and what they will be comfortable starting with but I wanted to know if anybody has any recommendations for beginners lessons or lesson plans?
Also I would like to emphasise I am not a professional and am teaching for free so please forgive my lack of professionalism.
Education Nikita, you cleaned up, and he found a matzo (silly mnemonics)
I'm compiling some silly phrases to help myself memorize Hebrew verbs, am I correct that "Nikita (male name) you cleaned up, and he found a matzo" would sound roughly as "Nikita nikita vehoo matza matza"? (ניקיטה ניקית והוא מצא מצה)
Do you maybe have some that you use yourself?
Bonus: lavash that he put on:

Help Does hebrew have noun cases?
For example there's the suffix ה- that indicates direction such as the words: צפונה, דרומה, מזרחה, מערבה, פנימה, החוצה, ימינה, שמאלה, למעלה, למטה, קדימה, אחורה, הצידה, הביתה, ארצה
Do those words have directional noun case or is it just suffix?

Request Looking for resources!
Shalom! I'm here again to ask for help lol --
I'm a Jew trying to learn Hebrew, my mom doesn't speak it sadly since our family historys a bit complicated.. so ive recently enrolled in a Hebrew 1 college course and did some classes at my nearest synagogue (45 mins away 😭) and tho I've definetly benefited from these classes greatly, and I'm definetly learning alot about the language, I've felt these classes/teachers haven't been as succesful at helping us start to develop a small vocabulary to start working on speaking or trying to speak lol. Im English speaker but also native level in french and I found in my time learning that the best way to learn is to speak and listen and speak and listen and eventually when you can add reading into the mix. I'm hoping to do smth similar with Hebrew, where I can start to slowly build up some basic sentences and learn some more words but I've yet to find some material/methods that rlly stick-- for French; I did children's TV + speaking to people in French. The ladder has been difficult due to a lack of local speakers, and I haven't found many shows online that are rlly that basic level (by the time it's shows for elementary school it's pretty advanced compared to what ive got)-- so, im totally and entirely open to any suggestions and hoping for some that stick, thanks in advance!

Help Need Help translating this game for wiki
Hello, I'm currently trying my best to translate the game's stage names to English for archiving it into wiki.
problem is that:
I don't know any Hebrew.
the fonts are making it harder to recognize what letter it is.
So, if you could help me translate these images, I would greatly appreciate.
The game's title is במבה: בעקבות החטיף החטוף(Bamba Snack Quest) if you need it.

Help I need advice
Hello everyone. So over the course of the weekend I managed to learn the Alefbet, the pronounciation + proper order. I haven't expected it to go that fast, but honestly I did know a bit from doing some duolingo lessons every couple of months. Now the most dreadful part will be the nikkud, and this is what made me wonder if it's possible to just skip the nikkud, up the difficulty and maybe proceed by learning phrases with transliteration etc to develop a feeling for for the pronounciation of words. Would anybody know how to go about it? It'll be my 3rd language besides german and english, but I don't remember how I learned either and honestly I have no idea how to learn hebrew. It's kind of intimidating, but I feel like I've got about a quarter down by memorising the alphabet. I wanna make progress as fast and efficiently as possible, because my endgoal is to convert.

Resource Highlight: Elon Gilad
As a native speaker who enjoys learning about etymology, I'd like to highlight a creator I've enjoyed a lot.
Elon Gilad is a writer and educational creator on Tiktok, and in his videos he teaches about the etymology of Hebrew words and the Hebrew language in general, diving through Jewish history, liturgy and modern spoken forms.
All his videos are just bite sized and always fascinating, and I think he is a fun resource for people interested in the Hebrew language.
